There's definitely more than two sides. You should really play Fallout 1 and 2 man, they're two of the best games ever made.

If you want to use all the fantastic mods that are out right now go with the PS3 or PC version. No matter how much achievements mean to you; you've gotta think whether or not you're going to have more fun playing with or without mods.
Don't forget the dedicated servers. Those are pure gold!

That's why they had the id Tech 5 engine running on PC, 360, and PS3 flawlessly at Quakecon last year. Just because ET isn't as good doesn't mean they don't know how to make games for the PS3. It means they don't know how to port games to the PS3 just like everyone else.
